Creating a scooter rental app can be challenging due to factors like implementing reliable geolocation services for scooter tracking, ensuring secure payment processing, managing a fleet of scooters efficiently, addressing regulatory compliance issues in different areas, and providing a user-friendly interface for a seamless experience. Balancing these technical and operational aspects is crucial for a successful scooter rental app.

In order to identify potential target users in Tel Aviv city, I engaged casual interviews with individuals between the ages of 18 and 40. .

The scooter rental app may face challenges such as limited scooter availability in certain Tel Aviv areas, difficulty finding nearby scooters, and unequal distribution leading to shortages in popular locations. Users might be concerned about scooter battery life, inconvenience caused by low battery levels, and uncertainty in finding charged scooters due to limited charging stations. Safety issues include a lack of proper gear, scooter maintenance concerns, and insufficient information on safe riding practices. Additionally, challenges in user experience, pricing transparency, parking, regulations, customer support, adverse weather considerations, security concerns, and the absence of appealing subscription and loyalty programs should be addressed for an enhanced user experience.
