👨‍💻 About the project:

All this story begin in 2017, my ex-girlfriend, who works as a manicurist, used to spend two hours each day managing booking’s clients on WhatsApp. To make things easier for her, I decided to create an app that will resolve her issue.
This was my first project in UI/UX Going through design and research. The project was released to app store and play store succefuly.
This project gived to me a good expericence, working with a developer team (Jira & slack) improving my design skill and explaning the logic of the app for each new version made.

Not having a booking app can be a hassle, making people wait longer and causing disorganization in managing resources. It becomes harder to plan appointments without a digital system, possibly leaving customers unhappy. Accessing appointment details becomes limited, making it tough to make informed choices, and keeping records manually can create organizational issues. Using a booking app not only makes things smoother but also makes customers happier and businesses more efficient.

In order to identify potential target users, I engaged in casual interviews with stores owner and individual between the ages of 22 and 45 who are using atleast one booking application.

Users often encounter frustration due to the app’s intricate navigation, highlighting a confusing and non-user-friendly interface. Reported problems encompass challenges in registration, unclear booking processes, and difficulty navigating unfriendly apps. Store owners, too, express frustration over expensive subscription fees, diminishing the app’s accessibility. Furthermore, the inconvenience is compounded by challenges in canceling bookings and easily locating stores for reservations.

She’s tech-savvy and appreciates the ease and convenience of modern solutions. Her frustration lies in the store’s unreliable phone response, hindering her ability to schedule appointments promptly. She desires a flexible solution that allows her to book or cancel appointments at her convenience.
